Equine Therapy Associates (ETA) is a happy place of learning for anyone eager to explore the special bond between equines and humans, whether or not they have special cognitive, physical, and or emotional challenges. ETA's organic farm offers 83 indicators of excellence in administration, facilities and programming through the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship's Premier Center designation, resulting in the highest quality of care for our students, our ponies, and our cats and dogs, who are deeply involved in the educational experience. ETA offers therapeutic horseship and therapeutic riding, cognitive enrichment, vaulting and pre-driving (cart and harness) instruction, along with special workshops. The latter highlight the special bond between equines and humans (confidence building, desensitizing fears of animals, situations, and experiences); USDA organic pasture management, gardening and wildlife conservation; cognitive enrichment; preparation for therapeutic riding instructor certification; exercise, conditioning and flexibility training; pain management; and other topics of interest to our clients, their firms, and or associations.
