The Boulder Mountain Zendo

Locations

     The Boulder Mountain Zendo, founded by Michael Mugaku Zimmerman Sensei and Diane Musho Hamilton Sensei, is a center of Zen study and practice with two locations. One is a small zendo located in the town of Torrey, just outside of Capitol Reef National Park in the heart of Utah's red rock country. The other is an urban center located at Artspace in downtown Salt Lake City. Musho Sensei and Mugaku Sensei are both lineage holders in the Soto Zen tradition of Taizan Maezumi Roshi and Soten Genpo Roshi.

     The Boulder Mountain Zendo, founded by and Diane Musho Hamilton Sensei and Michael Mugaku Zimmerman Sensei, is a center for Zen study and practice with two locations. One is a small tented zendo where retreats are held in warmer weather.  It is located in the town of Torrey, just outside of Capitol Reef National Park in the heart of Utah's red rock country, some 3 ½ hours south of Salt Lake City. The other location is the City Center, an urban center located in a renovated warehouse operated by ArtSpace in Salt Lake City’s west side.
